Mrs. Cyphers was born Catherine Sullivan on Sept. 14, 1907, in Aurora. She was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Co.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford; and a granddaughter.
Survivors include three sons, Bill, James and Tom, all of Concordia; two daughters, Retta Waite and Mary Louise Hydorn, both of Concordia; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Concordia. Burial will be in St. Concordia Cemetery.
An Altar Society rosary will be said at 5 p.m. Monday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, 325 W. Sixth, Box 606, Concordia 66901.
A vigil will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
