MRS. FULFORD DIES IN SAN FRANCISCO


BODY COMING HERE AND FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD IN TRINITY CHURCH SUNDAY OR MONDAY.


Mrs W. H. Fuiford died last Saturday at the home of her son, William H. Fulford, in San Francisco, and the body will be brought here for interment beside the body of her husband in the Hawks Park cemetery.


The body is expected to arrive here tomorrow or Sunday and the funeral services will be held either Sunday afternoon or Monday afternoon, and if the body arrives tomorrow the funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon, and if the body arrives Sunday the funeral will be held Monday. Notice of the time of the funeral will be posted in the post office and in the drug stores.


The services will be held In the Trinity Methodist church, as Mrs. Fulford was one of the founders of that church, and will be conducted by the Rev. H. A. Spencer of the Methodist church, South, in the absence of the pastor of Trinity church. The pallbearers will be . . . old friends of the deceased.


Mrs. Fulford is well remembered by the older residents of this section of the state as she was a resident here for many years. In the early days her husband, Capt. W. H. Fulford, was the master of a steamboat plying between New Smyrna and Jacksonville, carrying passengers and freight. Later Mr. and Mrs. Fulford [illegible] . . . being named in honor of Capt. Fulford, who died here June 2, 1915.


After the death of her husband, Mrs. Fulford went to San Francisco to make her home with her son. Her death came suddenly last Saturday night. The body was started for New Smyrna Monday night and should reach here tomorrow. Mrs. Fulford was about 70 years of age.
