Lucille Lingle Cramer was born in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She was the 3rd of six children of Everette and Eva (Ballew) Lingle. She was reared in eastern Oklahoma, mostly in Adair County.
She was the mother of six children. The first child, Carolyn, was by her husband, Howard Downing. Five children, Dallas, Shirley, Jimmy, Donald, and Tommy Kelley were born of her second husband, R.V. "Red" Kelley. Later in life she married Lee Cramer (1970's). Much of her life was spent in Drumright, Oklahoma where she died in 2000, but she was buried in Adair county near other family members.
