Teddy Joseph Albarado, 63, of Lake Charles died at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, in a local hospital.
Born February 9, 1944 in Lake Charles, Mr. Albarado lived most of his life in Sulphur. He served his country in the U.S. Army for four years, spending part of his tour in Germany. He worked for the Pipefitters' and Steamfitters' Local #106 for over 40 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 179 in Sulphur, LA and always enjoyed a good time.
Mr. Albarado is survived by his sisters, Geraldine Spears and husband Gerald of Singer and Annette Albarado of Westlake; brothers, Michael Albarado of Carlyss and Gene Albarado and wife Vicki of Humble, Texas; stepson, Jeff Breland and wife, Rhonda of Fort Walton, Fla.; along with numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
He was preceded in death by her wife, Gloria Elaine Jones Albarado.
Graveside service with military honors will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, at Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Sulphur under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Brother Randall Chesson will officiate.
