Our beloved mother, 71, of Sandy, passed away peacefully Saturday, October 29, 1994, surrounded by her family.
She was born Dec. 1, 1922, in Questa, New Mexico, to Abenicio and Ursulita Cisneros.
Married to George E. La Come in Santa Barbara, Calif. She attended Highland University in Las Vegas, New Mexico, and also Catholic Teachers College in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She taught 2nd grade during World War II. Employed by and retired from UNIVAC with 19 years of service.
Survived by a son and three daughters, Mary Lou (Leon) Gallegos, Larry (Mary) La Come, Annette DeWaal, Ellen (Daniel) Bunch, three brothers, two sisters, Medardo, Denver, Paul and Joe Cisneros, Salt Lake City; De Merce Sanchez, and Evelyn Cordova, both West Jordan; eight grandchildren, Tom, Troy, and Tanya Gallegos, Yvonne, Melanie and George La Come, Jennifer and Natalie De Waal, one great-grandchild, Parker Gallegos. Preceded in death by father, mother, husband, and brother, Abenicio Cisneros, Jr.

Services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 2, 1994, at 11 a.m., at St. Joseph the Worker, 7405 So. Redwood Road. Friends and family may call Tuesday, Nov. 1, 7 to 9 p.m., at Memorial Estates, 6500 So. Redwood Road. Interment will follow immediately after services at Redwood Memorial Estates.
