Mr. Farnham had resided in Florence for six years after living most of his life in McComb. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of WWII. He was a successful businessman, building and operating Ole Hickory Sausage Plant that ran refrigerated delivery trucks statewide from McComb. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Florence.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Barnett; and his parents, Robert Farnham and Lula Gatlin Farnham.
He was survived by his wife of 59 years, Yvonne Hutson Farnham of Florence; two sons, David Farnham and wife Katie of Brookhaven, and Sam Hudson Farnham and wife Eddie of Dothan, AL; two daughters, Bobbie Hart of Florence and Vicksburg, and Becky Morgan and husband Mike of Florence; one brother, Herbert Farnham of North Carolina; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
