Lived in Florida in her early years but lived most of her life in Fond du Lac Wisconsin. Later years she lived in Virginia near her only daughter. One daughter Bernice Conklin Adcox and four grand children, eight great grand children and three gg grand children.

Hazel Catherine Marschall, 81, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 1997.

A native of Lomira, Wis., she had been a Hampton resident since 1977 and was a member of Resurrection Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Bernice and James A. Adcox of Hampton; four grandchildren, Debra Brantley of Yorktown, Donna Adcox of Newport News, Brenda Marvin of Pembroke Pines, Fla., and Donald Adcox of Hampton; and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, at R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home by the Rev. Gerhard Bluhm and Chaplain Mauri Neece. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society, 303 Butter Farm Road, Hampton, Va.
