The Daily Oklahoman (OK) February 27, 1994 > Clarence Robert Alsup, age 76, of Oklahoma City, passed away Thursday, Feb. 24, 1994. Clarence was born on Oct. 17, 1919 in Scott, OK, to Edward Warren "Eddie" Alsup and Pearl E. (Thomas) Alsup. He was a retired Jet Engine Mechanic for TAFB and was a member of the South Side Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ellis F. Alsup. Survivors include his wife, Norma; three sons, Maynard D., Wilburn G., and Steven D. Alsup; one daughter Ellen Reagan; a sister, Bernice Gifford; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, Feb 28, 1994 at the South Colonial Chapel with a 2:30 p.m. interment at the Hinton Cemetery.
