On Wed., July 17, 1974, Elizabeth S. Neely of Washington, D.C., wife of the late Cdr. Guy M. Neely; mother of Dr. Stephen M. Neely; step-mother of Capt. G. Morton Neely, Jr. & Lt. Col. David F. Neely; sister of William P. Seymour. Seven grandchildren also survive. Friends may call at Joseph Gawler's Sons, 5130 Wisconsin Ave. & Harrison St. NW (parking on premises) on Thurs. after 10 a.m. Services will be held at Grace Episcopal Church, 1607 Grace Church Road, Silver Spring, Md., on Friday July 19, at 11:30 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Rebecca Dunnington Neely, who died Sunday at her home, 4609 Fifteenth Street, northwest, will be held at 11 a.m. today at her home. The Rev. Dr. John Compton Ball, of the Metropolitan Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Neely, wife of Guy Minick Neely, treasurer of the American Building Association, in addtion to her husband is survived by a son, Lieut. G. Morton Neely, U.S.N., retired; a brother, Abner Dunnington; four sisters, Blanche Dunnington, Mrs. Robert Otterback, Mrs. S. G. Nottingham and Mrs. Nelson Gapen and two grandsons.
