WEBSTER- Tillie Danielson, 87 of Rapid City and formerly of Webster died on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at Golden Living Center of the Black Hills.

Tillie Edith Schultz was born on Sunday, October 17, 1920 to John and Eva (Tri) Schulz on the family farm near Waubay, South Dakota. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. She attended country school near her home. After she received her education the family moved to Watertown where she worked as a young woman.

On October 11, 1942 she married Martin Danielson at Watertown, South Dakota. Because Mr. Danielson was in the service, she lived where he was stationed in the states and when he went overseas she returned to Watertown and lived with her folks. After his discharge they purchased a farm north of Webster near Waubay Lake where they operated a dairy farm. In 1971 they sold the farm and moved into Webster. Mr. Danielson passed away in 1980. After his death she lived in Webster until 1983 when she moved to Rapid City to be closer to her daughter. She entered the Golden Living Center of the Black Hills in 2003.

She was a member of Roslyn Lutheran Church in Roslyn. Her hobbies included raising flowers, gardening and playing cards. She loved visits by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Tillie passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at Rapid City, South Dakota at the age of 87 years, 1 month and 7 days.

Survivors include two sons, Jerry (Mary) Danielson of Fallon, NV and Duane (Carrie) Danielson of Webster, SD; one daughter, Diane (Rich) Sieveke of Rapid City, SD; two sisters, Inez Osterhoff of Watertown, SD and Alma Peterson of Houston, TX; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a grandson, three sisters and one brother.

Her service will be Thursday, November 29, 2007 at Fiksdal Funeral Chapel in Webster, Rev. William Olsen officiating. Burial will be at Roslyn Lutheran Cemetery.
