Born Sept. 23, 1957, he passed away peacefully on Nov. 17, 2006, after a brief and sudden illness.
Always loved and cherished by his partner of 20 years, Jack Shiels, mother Bonnie Beich, sisters Diane and Debbie, brothers Michael, Joe, and Dennis, niece Yvette and her children Nolan, Keegan, and the apple of his eye, Dillon, and nieces Nicole and Renee.
Preceded in death by father Ivan Kay Briscoe.
A memorial and celebration of life will be held on Nov. 28 from 3:00-7:00 PM at Viscaya, 2019 21st St. All who knew and loved him are invited. Donations to Avalon Hospice, P.O. Box 161908, Sacramento, CA 95816.
