Marlys J. Larson, born July 5, 1935, passed away November 12, 2007, at the age of 72. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Ross Larson and sister, Anita Betterley-Turnham. Survivors include her children, Terry Allen and Cheryl M. Larson, Dean Lane and Bette Larson, Roger Charles and Penny Larson, Amy Lou Larson, Wanda Ann and Dale Ewing, Michael Jon and Theresa Larson; siblings, Carl Koonst, Jr. and Rose Marie Doub; also, 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2007, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Castle Ridge Mortuary. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, November 21, 2007, 12:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery under the direction of Castle Ridge Mortuary.
