Debra Lynn Garcia was born in Ohio on November 25, 1959 to Howard and Francis Holes. When Debra was little, the family moved to Pennsylvania where Debra grew up with her older brother, Randall.

In the early 1980's, Debra met and married her husband Gail Puckett in Florida. Debra and her husband, together had five beautiful children; Faith,(who had died suddenly from crib death syndrome) Charity, and in the early 1990's, Casey, Lacey, and a son, Jesse.

When her husband had passed away, Debra had moved to Las Vegas to be with her family. During this time, Debra had met and married Jesus Garcia, of Mexico. However, their Marriage was strained and Debra had left to raise her children alone.

During this time, Debra was again blessed to become The proud grandmother for the first time with two beautiful grand daughters; Tabitha and Selena. Later on, a handsome grand son, Tyler (Charity).

When Debra's mother had passed away, she had determined it was time to start a whole new life.... to get away from the hot weather and city life of Las Vegas. She decided to move to California, along the central coast.

Debra loved the area and knew she wanted to raise her younger children there. She also wanted to be with her loved one, whom she loved so very much (We even talked of marriage). Debra was a beautiful and gentle human being. She was so very special....My Friend.... My True Soul-Mate... The Love of my Life...

In addition to her beautiful personality , Debra was a published author of many poems and enjoyed writing novels. She loved life, nature, music, movies, friends, and board games.

However most importantly, she loved her children, whom she was so very proud of. She always told them that there was no such word as "can't". You can achieve your dreams if you work hard and stay focused. Debra's children were her whole life. There wasn't anything she wouldn't of done for them.

She so loved and adored her children..... Just as they were..... With a vision for the future, Debra knew it's a "MOTHER'S LOVE" which bonds last forever...

Besides her great love for her children, she deeply loved God and believed in him, along with his teachings. She tried very hard to dedicate herself; mind, body, and spirit to the lord, often to be able to teach her children his blessings.

- Memories Of You -

The angels led you safely home
But you left some things behind
Treasured gifts beyond compare
those of a special kind

You left behind your gift of love
you gave so faithfully
You left behind the ones you loved
Many cherished memories

And from early dawn to setting sun
Each day my whole life though
My heart will hold a special place
For memories of you

----------------------------------

"God, for just today
give me enough patience,
give me enough courage.
Give me enough love to handle this day,
and as best as I can, God, I'll trust you'll help me face tomorrow.
I'm not going to try to collect more from you than I need.
I want to learn to trust you for this day".

Thank you for your gentle grace, and may God bless you...always*
