Mrs. Sherry was the daughter of Pauline (Kurpiel) and John Chimiel – she was born Florentina Chimiel, and her name was changed to Regina. Mrs. Sherry was a stock specialist with the First Jersey National Bank in Jersey City before retiring in 1972. Born in Bayonne, she moved to Forked River 18 years ago. She was predeceased by a son John (Jack), in 1989 and a sister Wanda in 1971. Surviving are a son, Roger; daughters, Karen Leoncavallo and Kathleen Domalewski; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
