Margaret married the love of her life, Charles Coulam Kimball, on January 9, 1942 in Bakersfield, California. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Charles was in the Air Force and the young couple traveled to many interesting places within the United States and Europe during the first years of their marriage. Margaret was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and attended the Crystal Heights First Ward.
Margaret's passion in life was her family and she dearly loved spending time with them. There were many wonderful gatherings over the years where all enjoyed her great cooking skills. She loved gardening and grew many beautiful flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Margaret will be missed dearly by her children and their families.
She is survived by her children, Carolyn Kimball, Margaret Susan Kinka, Charles Richard Kimball (Jeana), Sally Ann Howard (Cal), Kathy Lynn Thomas (Steve); twelve grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Joseph L. Henroid (Lorraine); and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Maxine Darke; and grandson, Waylon C. Howard.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007 at 1 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, where family and friends can call from 12:00-12:45 p.m.
Interment: Larkin Sunset Gardens.
