Edward was my great-great-great-uncle. His sisters were Alice Neiman Wellek (my great-great-grandma) and Sarah Neiman, and their mother was Elizabeth Siegfried Neiman. After their father passed away, their mother eventually remarried, to a man named Albert Kufner. Edward's wife was named Mary Myrtle Shearer. One of their children, Francis, died in babyhood.
