Janice Sue Shively, 48, Calvary, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2007, at Spring View Hospital, Lebanon.

Born March 24,1959, in Spencer County, Shively was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Arthur Ray and Mildred Powers Pittman; a brother, Danny Pittman; and two sisters, Lillie and Norma Pittman.

Survivors include: her husband, Wayne Shively of Calvary; a son, Christopher Shively of Calvary; a daughter, Joni Shively of Lebanon; a special friend, Rhonda Bland of Calvary; a sister, Dianne Fisher of Lebanon; and two grandchildren, Airelle Railley and Jashon Beam, both of Lebanon.

A funeral Mass was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Finley, with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Wally Dant officiated.

Pallbearers were Rodney Sprowles, Jason Wheatley, Mark Smothers, Chuck Craig and Jamie and Randy Maupin. Bosley Funeral home, Lebanon, was in charge of the arrangements
