Dena was a terrific Navy "brat" and a wonderful daughter to her parents and a loving sister. Although she was born in her beloved San Diego, and spent more of her life there, she attended schools in Memphis, TN, Scotland Beach, Md, Brunswick, ME and San Diego. She was a very creative young lady and loved making her own clothes. Every person that touched Dena's life loved her and in turn she loved them. With a bright future ahead of her, she was struck down by a truck on Sunday night of the week she was to graduate from high school. She has been missed everyday since.
