Mrs. (sic) [Miss] R. W. Stone Dies.
Webb City, Mo., April 24.—Mrs. (sic) R. W. Stone died yesterday in the Streeter hospital at Chicago of pneumonia, according to information received last night by Mrs. L. J. Anthony, 211 South Webb street, a sister. Mrs. (sic) Stone has visited in the district on several occasions. Besides Mrs. Anthony, Mrs. (sic) Stone is survived by a brother Oliver Stone of Galena, and several nieces and nephews, who reside at St. Louis, Galena and in California The body will be brought here for burial, but arrangements are incomplete.

MISS STONE'S FUNERAL
TO BE AT GALENA TODAY.


Galena, Kan., April 26.—Funeral services for Miss R. DimpIe Stone, who died Monday in Chicago, will be held at 3:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the First Christian church, with the Rev. Miles C. Cook, officiating. Burial will be in Galena cemetery beside the graves of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph T. Stone, and a brother.

Miss Stone was born August 9, 1883. She joined the Christian church in Aurora, Mo. when 15 years old, that town being her home many years. She was graduated from the Aurora high school in 1904 and taught in Lowell school there several years. From Aurora she went to Chicago to take charge of the song book department for Dr. Scovell and from that position went to the American Book Company, with which she was identified at the time of her death.

Miss Stone was never married. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Lulu J. Anthony of Webb City and one brother, O. O. Stone of Galena.

Pallbearers at the funeral will be Mesdames Walter Ragland, Eli Goodwin, Elmer Meredith, E. E. Melugin, W. F. Jones and H. S. Wilhite.
