AGED WOMAN DEAD.
Mrs. Margaret J. Adams Succumbs to Infirmities of Old Age This Morning
Mrs. Margaret J Adams, aged 75 years, died at 5 o’clock this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Talmage, of 803 Galena avenue. Death was due to old age. Deceased was one of the pioneer citizens of Galena and was well known and loved for her kind and lovable disposition.
Margaret Jane Adams was born at Sodus, N. Y., June 9, 1903 [sic], and she has made her home in Galena the past 25 years. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Fred Walker, of Timber Hill, and Mrs. G. J. Talmage, of this city.
The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon from the residence and interment will be in the Galena cemetery.
