LOCAL OBITUARIES
Harrison H. Crockett
Harrison H. Crockett, 76, of 222 Pin Oak North Dr., Mishawaka, a former president of the Roseland Town Board, died at 8:45 a.m. today in St. Joseph's Hospital after an extended illness. Mr. Crockett was the former operator of the Ideal Laundry. Born July 3, 1897, in South Bend, he had resided in the area all his life.
In 1920, he married Lillian Hentzi, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Jeanne Hoyer of South Bend and Mrs. Helen Quail of College Park, Md.; 10 grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Antoninette Lyons of Richmond, Va.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the McGann Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Monica's Catholic Church, Mishawaka. Rev. William Gioranowski, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in City Cemetery. A wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
