Mrs. Becker was confirmed in the Swiss United Church of Christ, New Glarus, in 1907. She was married on May 6, 1912, to Melvin Becker. They had celebrated their 50th anniversary in 1962. Since 1917, she has made her home in Belleville. She is a member of the First United Church of Christ, Belleville and its Women's Guild. Mrs. Becker is also a member of the Relief Corps and the Royal Neighbors. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert McDermott, 4510 Wallace Ave., Monona; a son, Claude, Belleville; a sister, Silvia, Belleville; two brothers, Nic of New Glarus, Wilbert, Belleville, six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her husband and a brother, Elmer.
