Ray Adams died Saturday, July 28, 2001, at the Ross Barnett Reservoir. He was 74.
Mr. Adams had lived in Richland for the past 45 years. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 626.
He is survived by his wife, Bennie Adams of Richland; four daughters, Sandy Boteler and Wanda Buckley, both of Florence, Lesa Adams and Lora Haddon, both of Jackson; two brothers, Rod Adams and Don Adams, both of Seminary; his sister, Kate Christenberry of Vicksburg; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Burial will follow at Glenwood Memorial Cemetery in Richland.
Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.
