Cecilia was a beautiful baby girl who lived in Lakewood, Minnesota and was just 11 months old when she drowned. She had been left in a bathtub with her 2 year old brother while her mother was on the computer downstairs.
Cecilia was the daughter of Katherine and Todd and left four older siblings as well as her grandparents Betty and Jim Koberoski.
