DEATH OF BEACH H. BEARD
He Was a Life-Long Resident of Fayetteville
Beach H. Beard, a life-long resident of this village, died Tuesday at his home in East Genesee street after an illness of only two days, aged 63 years. He had been in ill health for the past two years but had been able to attend to his duties as superintendent of the shipping room of the Crouse-Hinds company until a few days ago. Death was due to peritonitis. He is survived by his widow; one daughter, Carolyn A. Beard, and two sisters, Mrs. Augusta B. Eaton of Fayetteville and Mrs. Carrie B. Evans of Washington, D.C. Funeral services will be held at the family home at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon. Burial will be at Fayetteville.
