Daughter of James Shorb and Mary Ann Duttera Shorb. First husband was T. R. Waesche. Second husband was Daniel Harman. Mother of Florence Smouse. Step-mother of George I. Harman. Sister of John Henry Shorb, James Thomas Shorb, Joseph Shorb, Joshua Franklin Shorb, Mary Ohler, Theodore Shorb and Frederick Jerome Shorb.

Mrs. Margaret Alice Harman, widow of Daniel Harman, died at her home in Taneytown at 4 o'clock Sunday morning. She was aged ?? years, one month and 25 days. Death was caused by cerebro-spinal meningitis. Mrs. Harman was the daughter of the late James and Mary Shorb. She was married previously to T. R. Waesche, of which union one daughter, Mrs. Florence Smouse, who made her home with her mother, survives. She is also survived by a stepson, George I Harman, Taneytown; a sister, Mrs. Jacob Uhler, Upperco, Baltimore county; and three brothers, John Shorb, Keysville; Jerome Shorb, Detour, and Joshua Shorb, Fairfield. Mrs. Harman was for many years a member of the Keysville Lutheran church.
Funeral services from her home on Tuesday at 1 o'clock with further services at Trinity Lutheran church. Rev. A. T. Sutelille, assisted by Rev. L. B. Hafer, officiated. Interment in the Keysville cemetery. The pallbearers: Ross Bair, Richard Keselring, Augustus Morelock, Milton Koons, D. J. Hesson and Peter Baumgardner.
