Daily Democrat, Clinton MO, Mar 5 2001 - Shirley J. (Page) Bush, 66, Parsons, Kansas, died Friday, February 23, 2001, at her home. She had been in ill health for the past eight months. She was born December 20, 1934, at Girard, Kansas, to Loraine and Daisy (Hunt) Page. She is survived by her husband, Charles, of the home; one son, Roger of the USS James in Hawaii; four daughters, Karen Mahan, Gloria Cunningham, Pam Giefer and Wendy Bush, all of Parsons, Kansas; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the step-daughter of Gladys L. Page of Clinton. She is also survived by her brother, Robert Page, Yuma, Arizona; four half-sisters, Donna Jones, Esther Cothern, Patty Page and Katie Daugherty, all of Clinton. She was preceded in death by an infant son and infant daughter, and a grandson, Nathaniel Mahan. The services were held Tuesday, February 27, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons, Kansas. Burial was in the McCune Cemetery, McCune, Kansas.
