Survived by a daughter, Antoinette Johnson of Baton Rouge; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Kelvin and Perlinda Spencer of Baton Rouge and Ronald and Shirley Spencer of Spring, Texas; three nephews, Sgt. Eric Spencer of Clarksville, Tenn., JeLloyd Spencer of Atlanta and Timothy Holmes of Baton Rouge; three nieces, Phyllis Spencer and LaQuinta Spencer, both of Baton Rouge, and Shiron Spencer of North Carolina; two great-nephews, Bryan Spencer and Joshua Mason, both of Baton Rouge; uncle, Earl Spencer of Baton Rouge; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roosevelt and Veola Spencer; brother, David Spencer; and sister, Shirley Spencer Wicks.
He was a graduate of Capitol High School.
Miller & Daughter Mortuary, Zachary, is in charge of arrangements. Interment in Roselawn Cemetery.
