Lillye was the daughter of Young Howard Moore and Lou Ann (January) Moore.

Lillye was married to Oscar F. Alexander. They were divorced, no children of this union.

Lillye married Johnnie Albert Anderson on June 21, 1946 in Tipton, Tillman County, Oklahoma. No children.

Lillye was a member of the Church of Christ.

LILLYE ANDERSON

Lillye Anderson, 65, lifelong resident of Tillman County, died in the Tillman County Memorial Hospital Monday, June 30th after a brief illness.

Services were held July 2 in the Dalton-McLellan funeral chapel. Alvis Bryan of Ft. Worth and Albert Trent of Frederick, both Church of Christ ministers, officiated. Interment was in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Anderson was born August 9, 1909 in Davidson. She was a member of the 13th and Josephine Church of Christ.

She had worked for many years at the Frederick Florist and was a dental assistant for Dr. B.E. Clark.

She was married to John A. Anderson in 1946 in Tipton.

Survivors include her husband of the home. Also four brothers; Virgil "Pete" Moore of Alvarado, Texas, Howard Moore of Roosevelt, Harley Moore of Gainsville and Macel Moore of Oklahoma City.

Three sisters survive; Mrs. Bill (Florene)DeLoney of Garrison, Texas, Mrs. Wayne (Juanita) Tucker of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Bob (Jimmie Lou) Nolan of Appleby, Texas.

Casket bearers were Vernon Stotts, Alton Thompson, N.J. White, Wilbur Brown, Horace Campbell and Tony Anthony.

Songs were "Will the Circle be Unbroken", "How Great Thou Art", "Precious Memories", and "Land of Fadeless Days".
Music was by the 13th and Josephine Church of Christ.

Lillye was married to my Uncle Johnnie. I loved and miss her very much.
