A resident of Baton Rouge, he died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007, at the age of 15. Visiting at Hall's Celebration Center on Friday, Sept. 28, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 1 p.m., conducted by Michael A. Otkins, pastor. Interment in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Brusly. He is survived by his father, Willie Thomas Sr., Baton Rouge; mother, Melinda Pinkney, Baton Rouge; sister, Kayla Tiarria Thomas; brother, Willie Thomas Jr.; grandmothers, Geraldine Jefferson and Pasty Knight; grandfathers, Clarence Pinkney and Cleveland Jefferson; and great-grandparents, David and Doretha Knight of Brusly. Preceded in death by Jimmie and Kevin Knight and Sharon Johnson. Christian loved to play football and kept a big beautiful smile on his face all the time. He attended Broadmoor High School and played football for several teams.
