WILLIAM C. BARNETT, 75, of Memphis, formerly of Burnsville, Miss., retired electrician for Kimberly-Clark Corp., died of heart failure Tuesday at St. Francis Hospital. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. He was a Baptist, a 32nd degree Mason, a member of Scottish Rite and the Earth and Science Club, and a ham radio operator. Mr. Barnett, the husband of Marie Bingham Barnett, also leaves a daughter, Carol Loden of Olive Branch, Miss.; a son, Mike Barnett of Bartlett; a sister, Earnestine Helton of Glen, Miss.; three brothers, Jim Barnett of Burnsville, Johnny Barnett of Iuka, Miss., and Bob Barnett of Michigan, and four grandchildren.
