R. G. FOSTER, 85, born May 25, 1922 passed away September 19, 2007 as a result of an accident. He will be greatly missed. R.G. was raised in McNairy County and graduated from Selmer High School. He was a member of East Frayser View Baptist Church; he served in the United States Army during WWII. R.G. moved to Memphis in 1947 and was retired from International Harvester after 30 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Foster, his parents; and three brothers. He leaves a daughter, Darlene Robilio and her husband, Joe from Palm Beach, FL; three grandsons, Joey, Tony and Michael Robilio of South, FL; one granddaughter, Nina Crenshaw of Memphis; seven great-grandchildren, Angelina, Joey, Jason, Alexander, Kevin, Kayla and Mason; he also leaves a much loved friend and companion, Beatrice Rhea. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will be in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home (Published in The Commercial Appeal 9/22/2007)
