Elisha Alder, 84, Rt. 4, died at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Hospital.
Born in Tipton Township,April 13,1889, he was the son of
Israel and Barbara Dunkle Alder, He was married July 18,
1914, to Laura Hoover, who survives.
•A retired painter and decorator, he was a member of
the Calvary Bible Church.
Surviving with his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Marian
Campbell, Hawkins, Wis. and Elizabeth E. Alder, Rt. 4; two
sisters, Mrs. C. E. Metz,Logansport and Mrs. Blanche
Troxell, Kokomo; one brother,James Alder, Logansport; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several
nieces and nephews. One brother preceded hiin in death.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Fisher Funeral
