Pearl Bennett, 76, a resident of Memphis and formerly of Winona, died at Shelby County Health Care Center on June 14. She was the widow of James E. Bennett.
She is survived by a daughter, Sue McCormack; a sister, Mrs. G. W. Watts of Greenwood; and two brothers, J. D. Cooper of Gulfport and J.A. Cooper of Water Valley.
She also leaves two grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at Oakwood Cemetery in Winona at 2 p.m. on June 15 with the Reverend Jerry Mixon officiating.
Pallbearers were Bob Ellis, Cecil Simpson, G. W. Watts, William O. Watts, Robert Hammond, and Tom Ainsworth.
Lee Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
