Born in Waldron, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Joseph Lott and Ellen Elizabeth (Hunt) White. She married Harvey A. Bollinger on Aug. 19, 1932, in Calvin, Oklahoma. She had lived in McAlester for the past 10 years to be near her son. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star of Calvin. She died at McAlester at the age of 87. Survivors include her son, Harvey Bollinger and wife Sue of McAlester; a daughter, Ketha Bollinger of McAlester; two grandsons and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a brother, Paul A. White; a sister, Sally E. Deckard; two half-sisters, Myrtle Brantly and Bessie James and a half-brother, Martin White. Funeral services were held March 17, 2001 at Bishop Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Danny Hughes officiating.
