Anthony Gullo, 60, of 313 S. James St., died last night in Rome Hospital after a short ill-
ness. He was born Nov. 2, 1897 in Catania, Sicily, son of Rosario and Concetta Ferrara Gullo. He had resided in Rome since 1923. On Dec. 8, 1926, in St. John the Baptist Church he married the former Rose Peraino who died July 15, 1954. The Rev. Joseph Panesi performed the ceremony.
He had been employed in Dept. 80 at General Cable Corp. until his illness, and was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Miss Rose Josephine Gullo and Miss Anna Marie Gullo, at home; two sons, Charles P. Gullo, Rome, and Joseph S. Gullo, at home; six sisters, Mrs. Philip Funari, Canastota; four in Italy and one in South America; and four brothers, John, Detroit, Mich., one in Italy and two in Australia;
and one granddaughter.
