SKULL FRACTURED IN
AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT

William (Henry) Tennant, Slatersville, Unconscious in
Hospital Here
William (Henry) Tennant, 70, of Slatersville, is in the Woonsocket Hospital as the result of being knocked down by an automobile on Railroad Street, Slatersville, last evening. Mr. Tennant alighted from an electric car about 6:30 last evening and started to walk along Railroad Street. In attempting to avoid two autos which were going in opposite directions, he was struck by the car driven by John Rerup of Slatersville. The car was going slowly and Mr. Tennant was knocked down but was not run over.
He was taken to the Woonsocket Hospital where it was found that his skull was fractured. At noon today he had not recovered consciousness and his condition was considered critical.

FUNERALS
Henry Tennant
The funeral of Henry Tennant who died Saturday at the Woonsocket Hospital as the result of being struck by an automobile, was held yesterday afternoon at from his late home on Railroad Street Slatersville. Rev. George F. Beecher, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiated. The bearers were George Arnold and Clovis Peasley sons-in-law of the deceased, Alfred Grant and John M. Newcomb.
Interment was in Glenford Cemetery, North Scituate. Rev. Mr. Culter of North Scituate officiated at the committal service at the grave.

TENNANT-In Woonsocket, RI Sept. 25th, Henry Tennant, in his 70th year. Funeral service Tuesday, the 28th inst. at 1 p.m. at his late home, Railroad Street, Slatersville. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial in Glenford Cemetery North Scituate.
