Phillips & Luckey in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were 2 nephews and 4 grandsons: J.C. Turner, S.D. Turner, W.F. Scroggins, U.L. Guthrie, Don Guthrie and Bill Foster.

They made their home in Thorndale after his retirement in 1942. After her husband's death, she made her home with her children. Member of the Baptist Church for more than 40 years.
