Paul Kenton Bird, age 55, died on Tuesday morning at Radford Community Hospital.
He lived at 1034 Carson Street. Bird has been employed at RAAP for the past 28 years. He was presently a Lieutenant in the guard force.
He was a World War II veteran and a member of Virginia May Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Beulah Phillips Bird; one daughter, Miss Dorothy Louise Bird; two sons, Kenton L. Bird and Charles E, Bird; his mother, Mrs. James Cv Bird, Beckley, West Va.; three sisters, Mrs. William R, Branson, Beckley; Mrs. Keith Cook, Salem; Mrs. Ralph Canterbury, Bluefleld, Va.
Funeral services will beheld Thursday at 2 p.m. at Central Methodist Church. Rev. Jerry Anderson will officiate. Masonic graveside service will beheld at Highland Memory Garden. The body Is at Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home.
