She was born in Sandoval, Texas, the daughter of Jacob Solomon and Florence (Roos) Melasky on March 5, 1911.
On Dec. 22, 1933 she married Howard O. "Pat" Baker.
Rosalie was a homemaker. She was a 50+years member of the Order of Eastern Star. She had also been a mentor for students at Northside Elementary School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son David, and five brothers.
Survivors include her two sons, Howard Baker and wife Vanette of Round Rock, and Robert Baker and wife Grace of Friendswood; seven srandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Connie Baker of San Antonio; many nieces and a nephew.
No visitation will be held.
Graveside Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 13 at Taylor City Cemetery.
