REV. MARIA OLGA CONTRERAS Age 76 was born in Clarkdale, Arizona on February 10, 1931. She passed away to be with her "SWEET JESUS" on July 28, 2007. Olga was a minister for 30+ years and had the character of a true Christ like person. She was ministering even until the last month of her illness with cancer. There is nothing she loved more than to share the Love of Christ with others. She is a victorious woman and will be missed by many. Olga is survived by her husband Jesus Contreras of Fresno. Their four children; Dorothy and her husband Gilbert Perez of Fremont, CA, Jerry Contreras of Stockton, CA, Esther and her husband Marcus Ramos of Fresno, CA, Jesse Contreras, and his wife Marsha of San Jose, CA. As a grandmother of blended families, Olga is grandmother to 21 children, and 22 great-grandchildren. Olga was number 5 out of 9 children and proceeded in death by her Mother and Father, Tomas and Gerarda Leon, brothers Johnny and Tom Leon, sister Carmen Uribes. She is survived by her two brothers from Fresno, Godfrey (Cheo) Leon and Albert (Beto) Leon, Sisters are Gloria Leon from San Jose, CA, Anita (Cookie) Crandell from Las Vegas, NV, Amanda (Clara) Rawlings from Fresno. Wake service will be held on Friday, August 3, 2007 at 7:00PM North Side Christian Church. Funeral service on Saturday, August 4, 2007 9:00AM. Lisle Calaveras Chapel, Interment at Fresno Memorial Gardens.
