After a long courageous battle with cancer our son, brother, uncle and friend passed away peacefully on January 16, 2007 surrounded by his loved ones.
Bill was born on March 28, 1955 to Fontella LaRue Long Carter and Vaughn Dee Long in Mt. Pleasant, Utah.
Bill was a member of the LDS Church and had a great love for the outdoors and will remain in our hearts forever.
