Katherine was the cherished daughter of Elmer and Joreatha Oechsler; loving sister of Nicky Iobbi and her husband Robert; dear granddaughter of Pearl Shipley and the late James Shipley, Nancy Oechsler and the late Frederick Oechsler. Kathy is survived by her special support system of the Marvin Family/Darren, Kim, Tori and Eric and the Miller Family/Bob, Dawn and Ian. Also other special relatives and friends. She was a veteran of the United States Army and employed by T. Rowe Price Associates in Baltimore, MD. Kathy leaves behind many friends and family who love her and will miss her always.
Kathy was killed in a motorcycle accident when a car pulled out in front of the bike she was a passenger on. She and her friend were killed instantly.
