Millie Pearl Blanscet, 86, of Adams, Nebraska, died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at Goldcrest Retirement Center, Adams, Nebraska.
She was born May 12, 1917, in Earlton, Kansas, the daughter of Carlos Burt and Lillie (Wiggins) Stone.
She graduated from Vilas (KS) High School in 1935.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Ladies Unit of the church, and the Homemakers Extension Club.
On December 23, 1942, she married John J. Blanscet. He survives.
Other survivors include a son, John "Tom" Blanscet of Cortland, NE; a daughter, Karol K. Hedman of Tennyson, IN; a brother, Carl Stone of Buffalo, Ks; and 5 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Faye (Blanscet) Bartholomew.
Burial will be April 17, 2004, at High Prairie Cemetery in Wilson County, Kansas.
