Robert was born to Howard Russell Annett and Juanita Eugenia Townsend-Annett. He married Saudra 31 Mar 1960. They divorced 20 Dec 1982. There are four children listed on his headstone: Redonna, Rick, Tony, and Tammie.

Don Annett, 60, of Greenville, formerly of Blossom, died Sunday, May 16, 1999, in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas.

Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home will conduct services at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, in Chicota Baptist Church with the Rev. James Sparks and the Rev. Tommy Weems officiating. Burial will be in Forest Chapel Cemetery.

Don was born in Chicota to Howard Russell Annett and Juanita Eugenia Townsend. He attended schools in Powderly and Paris. He served in the Air Force as an air policeman and was a member of the Baptist Church. He married Kathie Sue Hulen June 20, 1996 in Greenville. He was owner of Annett Auto Sales in Greenville.

Preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother & a sister, Remale Annett.

Surviving are his wife, Kathie Annett; daughter, ReDonna Jean Annett (Elmer) Carroll of Madison, Wis.; son, Ricky Russell (Dee Ann) Annett of Denton; their mother, Audra Lou Ballard Annett of San Antonio; son, Tony Dee (Lori) Annett of McKinney; daughter, Tammie Lynn Annett (Johnny) Stover of McKinney; their mother, Saundra Joyce Johnson Annett of Wichita Falls; step-son, Rick (Sherri) Morgan of Gunter; mother-in-law, Carra Sue Hulen of Greenville; brother, Charles (Betty) Annett of Albuquerque, NM; 8 grandchildren; one nephew and two nieces.

Pallbearers will be Jerrell Casstevens, Bill Morgan, Jack Howard, Kenneth McDougal, Howard Sikes, Grady Reid, Randy Taylor and Webb Biard.
