Mrs. Almira Singleton Neal
PLAIN CITY— Mrs Almira Singleton Neal 72 widow of Willard Neal died late Sunday at the home here after a lingering illness of Infirmities Incident to age. A pioneer of Weber county Mrs Neal was born here May 3 1866 to Thomas and Christina Woodcock Singleton and had resided in Plain City her entire life. She was married to Mr Neal in 1882 in Harrisville .He died In April 1911. Mrs Neal was a member of the Episcopal church. Surviving are eight sons and daughters Charles and Roosevelt Nea,l Mrs Walter Maw and Mrs Anona Powell of Plain City, Gert L and Grandon Neal and Mrs Maude Harris of Ogden and Mrs C P Ellsworth of Grand Junction Colo. 17 grandchildren and a sister Mrs Emma Jane Richardson of Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p m In Lindquist & Sons mortuary chapel in Ogden, by the Rev John W Hyslop. Interment will be In Plain City cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary chapel Tuesday afternoon and evening and prior to services Wednesday.
