Elsie M. Bonnel, 86, of Kingman, formerly of Leon, died Saturday, May 16, 1992 in Kingman Community Hospital. Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Livingston Funeral Home in Kingman.

She was born Aug. 28, 1905 in Walton, to Jacob and Gertrude (Lewis) Yoter. She was a retired seamstress and homemaker.

On May 20, 1924, she and Kenneth Shannon were married in El Dorado. He preceded her in death Jan 9, 1948. On May 20, 1949, she and Oscar Bonnel were married in El Dorado. He preceded her in death June 18, 1991.

Survivors include: daughters, Carol Endicott of Kingman, Lucille McClure of El Dorado, and Emaline Guy of Wellsville; sisters, Ila Beal of Moses Lake, Wash., and Barbara Greathouse of Conway, Mo.; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials have been established with First Presbyterian Church and Wheatland Health Care Center, Kingman.
