Balman; mother of Gertrude O'Keefe, Raymond Devers, John Bahlman Jr., Joyce Jackson, Joan Betz and Janet Stancil; sister of Beatrice Keen and Carl E. Spence; also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous relatives and dear friends. Friends may all 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Tuesday at the CUNNINGHAM FUNERAL HOME, Cameron and Alfred Sts., Alexandria, Va. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Wednesday, February 17 at 11 am, St. Louis Catholic Church, Alexandria, Va. Prayers said at 8 pm, Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment St. James Cemetery, Falls Church, Va. Expressions of remembrance to American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
