Talmage Young DeLange, of 1534 36th, associate professor in the Weber Sate College, College of Business, died Monday of a heart attack in Van Nuys, Calif. He was 64.
He and his wife were visiting sons in California.
Mr. DeLange was born June 1, 1908, Koosharem, Utah, a son of Joseph Franklin and Rhoda Ann Bagley DeLange.
MARRIED IN 1931
He was married to Selena Mae Taylor on June 26, 1931, in Salt Lake LDS Temple.
He had served as dean of the Bisiness and had been associated with Weber State College since 1946.
He was reared in Koosharem and graduated from Richfield High School. He was a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree m business administration, and had done graduate work at the University of Utah and BYU.
He was a member of the Weber State College Boosters Club and 73rd LDS Ward and had served in the bishopric of the Richfield 2nd and 4th Wards. He served on an LDS mission to Germany.
Surviving are his widow; three sons, Talmage J. DeLange, Northridge, Calif.; Dr. Robert J. DeLange, Canoga Park, Calif.; David T. DeLange, Ogden; 10 grandchildren; his mother of Koosharem.

Mrs. Elbert (Winona) Sorenson, Greenwich, Utah; Mrs. LaRue (LaNea) Brown, Koosharem; Mrs. Lynn, (Darthbell) Torgersen, Vermillion, Utah; Mrs. Ardell (Phyllis) Hunt, Mrs. Preston (Shirley) Jackson, both of Huntsville.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Lindquist and Sons Colonial Chapel with
Bishop Randall Hillyard of the 73rd Ward officiating.
Friends may call at the mortuary Friday- from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday prior to services. Burial will be in the Plain City Cemetery.
