He was preceded in death by his father, Hustus Ray Miller; and brother, Thomas Lee Miller.
He is survived by his wife Felicia Miller; daughter, Hope Elizabeth Pate; granddaughters, Elizabeth Ramos and Jasmine Ramos; mother, Ethel Christine Pitre; brother, James Ellis Miller and wife Kathleen; Aunt Viola Boone and husband W.C. Boone; nephews, John Miller, Joseph Miller, B.J. McDaniel, Wayne McDaniel; and numerous cousins.
Services were entrusted to Navarre Funeral Home of Baytown, Texas.
